Child Identification Program The CHILD Project is a secure nationwide network and registry, which enables law enforcement and social service agencies throughout the country to locate and positively identify missing children and adults with iris biometric recognition technology if they have been previously entered. This accurate and fast technology could identify, locate, and reunite your child with your family in the event your child is missing. The CHILD Project digital camera is non-invasive and participation in the program is completely voluntary. NO INFORMATION IS KEPT ON FILE BY THE OCEAN COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE The Child ID Program is available throughout the year at various public locations.
